Enhanced Salaried GP with view to Partnership

(for those who desire)

Do you wish to work in a friendly, motivated team where your contribution is genuinely appreciated?

Is a good work life balance important to you?

Do you wish to concentrate on clinical rather than administrative duties?

Do you pride yourself on providing a quality service but struggle with today’s pressures?

Want to do something to achieve your aims – then look at our offer – you could be the person for us!

Check out our Patient feedback:
https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/gpsurgeries/bourne-galletly-practice-team

Our exceptional multi-disciplinary team ensures everyone is supported and here is how:

Ever felt bogged down but lack appropriate appointments for your patients?  Then let our team of ANPs, Prescribing Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist, MSK Practitioners, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Welfare Counsellors, and many other in-house services such as physiotherapy and ultrasound assist you.  All have same day bookable appointments for you to use to ensure your time is spent with the right patients.

Do you find administration a necessary evil that takes too much of your time and not why you chose medicine?  Then our team of workflow administrators, referral secretaries, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs and many others are here to assist, ensuring you only manage the absolute minimum of workflow and medicine management tasks daily – usually 3 to 4 letters.

Tired of doing daily battle with the lack of integration between NHS systems?  Then let our Managing (non-clinical) Partner take that pressure off you!

Do you feel your voice is not being listened to/unable to contribute ideas in a meaningful way?  We pride ourselves in our totally democratic environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute to the team ethos and values making this a great place to work with a fantastic and sustainable work life balance.  High staff numbers at all levels with highly developed protocols and pathways makes the working day manageable.  Not afraid of change we focus on quality of service and a happy team – always.
