Vacancy for Part Time Dispenser
24 hours per week (8.30 am to 5.30 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
We are seeking an experienced Dispenser who is qualified to level 2 NVQ or equivalent to join our friendly and supportive dispensary team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
Rate of Pay:
£9.95 per hour
Main duties of the job
Working alongside other trained Dispensers, clinical and administration staff you will be responsible for providing an excellent service by dispensing prescribed medication to our patients.
Applicants must be able to process and provide quick, efficient and accurate dispensing of medication to patients, as authorised by the GPs in accordance with the principals of good practice.

We are a 5 partner dispensing practice serving the market town of Bourne, South Lincolnshire and surrounding villages. We have a strong patient centred ethic and require an enthusiastic Dispenser to join our team.
We are training practice and currently serve approx. 13000 registered patients.

Essential Qualifications
- A good standard of education
- Qualified to at least NVQ 2in dispensing or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Clear and polite telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
